BECF is a Section 21 company started in the Sector 2 policing area (Bryanston East, Petervale, Klevehill Park and Riverclub) to improve the community in which we live.
BECF has two long term goals:
- Improve the security of the area
- Improve the environment
With the assistance of Sandton SAPS and CPF Sector 2 has now also elected a Community Policing Forum (CPF). This is a committee of people who represent the community in the entire sector (residents as well as BECF representatives). To all the residents who do or do not support the BECF, please get involved with the Community Policing Forum.
All residents and role players are invited to attend the monthly resident’s feedback meeting at St Michaels Church on Mount Street on the first Thursday of every month at 18:30.

Our 2012 Domestic Watch programme is in full swing and dates can be found under the Community tab.
Brigadier Billings has undertaken that the SAPS will continue to serve a role in our domestic watch program to ensure that the domestics in the area have regular, repeated contact with the SAPS. BECF will continue to drive this program as we have in the past.
